View Full Version : Failed RSU Upgrade, really need help, phone is off, cannot t

HI:
I Had a PW10B1
It was flashed to 4.01.16, radio was 6.02, protocol 324e4
It was unlocked, I just buy the device, used for 2 weeks, but I had the miss signal problem, I keep loosing the signal in some areas, so I try to upgrade radio to 6.25.02, put all files in Windows dir and the upgrade in the startup dir, it didn't pass the 1%, after a while it ask me the SIM Lock code (it was unlocked before!), so I did a soft reset, it retry the upgrade proc. and after some minutes the process ends but my phone is dead.
The ligth didn't blink, settings keeps showing radio is 6.02, and dialing set that the phone is off, that I must turn it on, and then it shows the wait icon (it appears to me as it is trying to turn it on), but nothing happens.
What can I do?

The problem was a bad RSU upgrade, that's why I got the 6.02 version on startup after the soft reset, after carefully reading the post I found that the program RSUpgrade.exe must by executed in the Windows folder and not on startup (after a soft reset) as other information sets, just copy all files to windows, execute the command, and I hope I can delete those files after the upgrade! DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ON THE STARTUP FOLDER.

hi ..did you succed? I have the same problem and I'm not able to solve it...can you help me?

can you pls provide me 6.02 version of RS?
