New T-Mobile MDA - Need ROM

Hi Everybody,
I just bought a new T-Mobile MDA with the following specs:
ROM: 1.12.42 WWE
ROM Date: 08/23/05
Radio: 0.00.00
Protocol: 42.37.P8
ExtROM: 1.12.126 WWE
I am really confused, if I need to upgrade my ROM what ROM should I use....PLEASE HEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!!!

Thanks for the updates, now I have the following:
ROM: 1.30.114 WWE
ROM Date: 04/13/06
Radio: 1.10.03
Protocol: 42.44.P8
ExtROM: 1.30.232 WWE

That should be latest and the most stable or I still need to ypgrade to a higher ROM?

I saw some information indicating that the latest is 1.30.115, can any one PLEASE tell where can I find it and what does it have extra from the T-Mobile release 1.30.114...PLEASE HELP............

Thanks for the update, Is this ROM the latest and greatest for the T-Mobile PDA?

Also, How can I change that dialer, it is UGLYYYYYYYY??
