Keep getting invalid vendor id - error 294 after lokiwiz02b

I tried many times to cid unlock my phone with lokiwiz02b, but keep getting error 294, invalid vendor id. I think I'm the only one!
Are there any other posibilities or suggestions?

I have a SPV M3000.

If I can't cid unlock I would like to upgrade my old orange (dutch) phone to a new 2.xx orange Rom. Can I download a dutch Orange rom version 2.xx somewhere on the internet
