AT command - reading own SIM ID?

Hello,

Is there anybody who knows any AT commands to read it's own SIM card ID from the internal modem?
AT+CXXCID doesn't seam to work and isn't listed in:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_GSM

Is there any other solution ?
