Having being offered (and taking) a big fat credit from O2 at contract renewal for accepting no upgraded handset this year... (My XDAIIi is running SWEET!)... the wired, stereo headset decided to snap a wire, leaving me with only one earpiece working and lost functionality for the accept call / cancel call buttons on the microphone housing. I then discovered that HTC have stopped supplying O2 with this accessory.. I've searched the web and found companies offering compatible headsets for the XDAII.... My question? Will the XDA headset work on the XDAIIi? Or is it time to break out the soldering iron?.. any suggestions chaps?
