Atom voice echo problem...

I have a problem with my Atom .Caller hear echo behind of the voice their cell phones when call me but i can hear so clearly .
i sent to message about the this problem to o2 customer support center
they suggest me to update new Rom version after i have done it but
again same problem :(
is there anyone has same problem ??
who can help me?

it's depend from operator

yes. when I connect to some other operators, sometimes I have same problem.
