Help Wanted Got ablack screen !!!

Is there a wizard who can find a solution for my wizard !! I bought it one week ago now i have got black screen with no ability to turn the phone on and also no ability to soft or hard reset everything is dead and there s no battery charge ability. Any solution to slve it Please HELP ME !!!

Are you trying to charge the battery from the computers usb (or a 3'rd party usb wall adapter?) if so, this will not charge a completely dead battery. Try plugging it in to the usb wall charger that came with the device. This may help to charge the battery. Let me know if it works, or if you have any other questions....

Charging of these batteries is controled by in-built circuit, so when it is discharged extremely low, it is very difficult to start charging.
Try leaving on charge for several hours or days and see if it starts charging. If it fails and you have no option to return it or buy replacement immediately, you may try to locate the polarity and use an external charger of same spec as reccommended for a few minutes and then continue charging in the wizard.
