What is the Capital "E" on my ext. display??

I have a capital E on my ext. display does anyone what this means???

That means that you are connected to your GPRS network via an "Edge" connection.

@Datacrime, I suspect that you live in Islamabad and are on the Mobilink network. If so how do you find the Mobilink Edge network. Is it quite fast than the normal GPRS. If my guess is wrong then please forgive me and ignore this post.

Actually in Lahore we still anxiously await Mobilink to start Edge. By the way the external screen on my Smartflip still shows "G". Hope the day comes soon when this G changes to E

Sorry, I am not in Pakistan, i am paki but i live in Canada. Sorry about that. By the way thats crazy that yo have a star trek in pakistan, how much did that thing cost you over there???

I-Mate now have a distribution channel set up over here through a company called United Mobiles. It costed me Rupees 26,000 or roughly US $ 425
