Hi all!
which is the best dual SIM (sometimes called ghost sim, or twin sim) adapter for prophet?
I saw many auctions on ebay, but I don't know which one to buy.. :?
is this good?
http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=015&item=250007856399&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1
Of course I don't want to cut the SIM, but I don't know if there is enough room for bending the adaptor, or if it does fit well and it isn't too thick..
I also saw this one (I know that it requires to cut the sims):
http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=015&item=250007376601&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1
is this ok? or is it too thick?
If someone is successfully using such a device, could kindly answer to this thread? :?:
It would be great if I could see some images of the PDA and the adapter... :)
Thank you

None of the duo sims adapters you pointed out are good.
You need to find an ANALOG duo sim.
The digital version drains the battery.

You will need to cut your cards - no way around it.
You can also find these at Ebay.

Hi all,
I found and buy the Black type I from Simore.
I've made a test there : http://bbtiloute.free.fr/BQTel/Simore.htm
I said, at the end, I made it for Mobiles-Live.com, friends of me, but don't worry : 'I' am Ti-Loute, and it's a free access ;-)
But ... It's wrote in french ...
But ... Thank's Google : http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=fr|en&u=http://bbtiloute.free.fr/BQTel/Simore.htm

Yes, it should be better if we didn't have to cut card.
But it seems not to be compatible with Prophet (the original question ;-)) Does it ?

hi ti-loute.
Do you know if the silmore dual sim works with a 3G/EDGE sim (can you connect to the Orange wap for exemple with your sim in the adapter ?)

Hi Tonio,
My SIM card is working on EDGE'.
When I was using the Wap, I did it through GPRS, but Orange has 'loosen' my GPRS connection when I've taken my S200 under 'fidelity' program.
So, I can't promise that Wap is compatible with that card ... But technically, I don't know why it wouldn't be right ...
