Changing the language of a SPV M2000/Qtek 9090

Hi everyone, I would like to change the language of my Qtek 9090. I've got WM5 in English and I would like to put it in French. I try the method from the wiki

I downloaded the french pack, and I extracted it into Windows' folder but I got this error (in french)

Check if you've got enough space on your device or if the file is not read-only and you've got autorization to copy this kind of file."
I think this is an error of read-only file. How can I solve it please ? Thx a lot !

A little update :
I try to change the propriety of the Windows' folder with resco explorer. But as soon as I change it, the folder are automaticly set to "read-only".
Someone can help me please ?
