8125 WIFI scans for old networks, not new ones.

I noticed something that if I turn on my WiFi and go to Settings ->Network cards, i could see that it tries to connect to the old networks taht it has in its memory, and then it scans for new ones. If it did not find any new networks, it starts to scan for old ones again. How can i make it not scan for old networks, just scan in general, and display to me whatever it finds.

I like to use WIFIFOFUM program, but i wish that i could connect from the program to those networks that the program displays.

Is there a similar program like that?

You should try Hitchiker.
It configures settings and connects automatically (and its free as well).
You can delete old network settings by tap and hold on them then choose delete settings.
