Hi Hermes users,

my XDA trion is nominated as a HERM100 device. From the wiki (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Versions&action=BackLinks) I have seen that there are also HERM200 devices. So I was wondering, if there are any hardware differences between the two devices?
From my first analysis it's not a difference in CPU nor RAM/Flash-RAM.
So what's the difference or does HTC label it different just by fun???

Anybody knows, please?

That's a good question.

the Wiki has some details, although they are not exhaustive. From what i can, the design of the buttons and wheel differs across the two versions.

The web does not have much details, so we may have to wait until more of us have these handsets to get the answer...

I think it was the early development and field test device with 300Mhz CPU which didn't have the final button layout, but the finally released XDA trion has the same layout as other HERM200 devices.

This link has photos of 300MHz (development) and 400MHz (final version) Xda trion devices, both are HERM100:

I still don't know the differences betwen HERM100 and HERM200, if there are any.
