Minis USB connector [Archive]

On pics the mini usb connector seems diferent like other PDA's like Prohet or Universal (square on one side). This would be not compatible with old light car charge... It is?

I'm still using my old cable from my Wizard to charge at work. The socket itself seems a slightly different shape but supports the regular cables.

The connector is a little bit wider on one side so that one can plug-in the proprietory head-set connector. Any mini-USB connector should fit in, but the head-set will not fit into a standard mini-USB plug...

Headset? hummm not hava tipical jack or minijack for headset?

Another problem to resist to buy! Actually I have a Prophet with 4GB SD and only 0,5 free... jejejeje Add no minijack for my car conection...

I cannot understand why not similar connections and peripherics on similar products :roll:

The mini USB AC adapter and cigarette lighter chargfer from my wife's RAZR both work fine on my Cingular 8525.
