How to extract firmware from TyTN

Does anybody has an idea how to extraxt firmware from TyTN. A firend of mine has TyTN with the firmware (RUU_Hermes_1.18.261.1_1.18.261.102_1.08.00.10_Qte k_RUS) I need.
