Time in Upper Right Gone

How do I move the battery Icon into the lower system tray and get the time to display in the upper right corner. It displays when any window or program open just not on the today screen. Very Annoying when I want to just check the time. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same on Helmi's WM6 ROM. Have you had any luck fixing this?
