My XDAIIs has lost all it's data so I need to restore from my backup which was created using Active Sync.
When I go through the restore routine and after the last prompt I get an error message: Restore cannot be completed as backup was created on a different type of mobile device!.
This is incorrect as the backup was created on the device concerned!
Can anyone help.
Also I have two XDAIIs and occasionally I need to restore a backup which was created on a different device - is this possible?
