The update was 'successful' it said. Before the update the bluetooth worked perfect as I received ringtones without any problems from my g/f's RAZR. Then when I upgraded, the phone will not connect to the RAZR or vice versa... it says "Service Not Supported" on the RAZR and when I try to connect my Motorola HS820 handset, it absolutley will not find it. It says, no device was found, even though the device is on & ready to go. I've used the handset problems free with the RAZR and can still use it on the RAZR.
