it seems after one year the screen of my QTEK 9100 Aka HTC wiz deicided to say farewell to me...
this morning I tried to use the stylus pen on the left upper corner of the screen but I noticed there were some alignment problems...I tried several times to perform the screen alignment, clean the screen, remove the protection, hard resetting...all
but nothing solved the problem on that area of the screen....like this, the device is really uncomfortable to be used....really pity
after one year i have to say that the concept of this PPC is great but I have to complain the poor quality of the whole product....surfing on the net i have found out that I was a lucky one and some other guys had several hardware problem with brand new product....I m yet thinking to the replacement even because there is no warranty and I have no idea where to repair it.
im thinking to move to some other brand even if I love the idea of the HTCtytn but after this experience i think they must have serious QC problem in their factory
