Look on http://wiki.xda-developers.com/ the last gadjet on the picture?
If I'm not mistaken it works under WM5 Japaneese edition. The question is what is on the screen? Dialer or maybe new style of contact? Is it possible to get such one for Qtek 9100?

the device there is HTC TyTn.. no reason it shouldn't work on the wizard IMO
