Hi all,
A small problem I keep getting on my 8125.
Living, as I do, in deepest, darkest Texas (!) I often drive into places where GSM/GPRS is "spotty" at best.
When the phone loses the signal, every time some data request is made it tries to dial a phone number for a non-existant modem.
I say "non-existant" because no modem ever answers.
The annoying thing is that the failure message is left on top of every other screen which is a pain when using GPS software.
I've deleted the modem entry from the connections menu but still this happens.
Any ideas how to make the phone simply give up on data if GPRS is not available?
