Could you tell us which device do you have?

- HERM 100 / 200 / 300
- IPL & SPL versions
- Previous rom you had installed
- Language

I have tried all the ways also making to leave pda in boot mode

Put the device in bootloader mode (SIDE OK + POWER + RESET), connect it to the computer though USB cable, open RomUpgradeUT.exe and start the upgrade process, if it fails, do not disconnect the device from USB and start the upgrade again.

If that fails, download mtty.exe, open it, select USB, click OK, and type in the bootloader commands I told you in my previous comment.

Not possible at the moment. I think you'll need to format the flash or try to repair it using the bootloader, but I don't know the exact commands. I'll have a look at it and try to find a solution for you. Did you had any problems during any previous upgrade? Did the power went out while upgrading or did you disconnect the device?

What you can do is install HDD Usb Monitor (http://www.hhdsoftware.com/usbmon.html), put it in capture mode and try to flash a new rom, then you should be able to see the exact error or reason why it fails from there. If you post the error here it will be useful to diagnose the exact problem and try to find a solution for it.

Today they are successful to put within the rom dell imate after six tried to you, for the moment aspect that decoy the rom Italian and then we try and we see if it continues to give stessp the problem. Thanks thousands for the availability.

I also has same prob with Emblema. My PPC only connect to PC in bootloader mode. I cannot start my PPC after fail upgrade ROM.I tried many times to upgrade but it not success (stop at 0%)

Enter the bootloader using mtty, when you see the "USB>" prompt type in these commands (do not copy-paste!):

USB> set 14 0
USB> task 8

Have you tried flashing every available ROM for the Hermes? Always get an error?

Can you post here the output of 'info 8' command in bootloader?

Which device is it, and which was the last ROM you had on it?
Did you try to unlock it or something before it break?

I tried unlock with HTC_Uni_SIM_Unlock_v1 and have an error. From that I cannot start my device.

After runing the HTC Universal Unlocker you've screwed the radio of your device, there is no radio rom present and no security area, radio rom upgrade won't success.

There is no known solution to this problem yet, do you have warranty or can get a replacement unit?
