Disable camera button

I want to disable the external camera button on an XDAIIi to prevent the camera being activated inadvertently. Can anyone help me? Can this be done with eVC++?

Should be possible with the registry. Writing an app in C++ would be overkill, but is also possible.

Check out the thread on how to ENABLE the backlight button on the universal, and reverse engineer the registry setting to see how to DISABLE the camera. I had to do the opposite on my Mio A701.
