English ROM and writing text

Hello,
On the English ROM, when you're writing words like "i" or "il" using the QWERTY keyboard, the system automatically change such words in "I" and "I'll".
Do you know how can I disable such behavior? I usually write text in Italian language, so it's not nice stuff... :(

Go to Settings -> Personal -> Input -> Word Completion
Uncheck "Replace text as you type"

That should disable it ;)
