TMobile MDA Pro Frozen on Boot Up

Apologies if this has been covered before but I have managed to stop 2 MDA Pro's from working in 2 weeks and Im worried about having a 3rd replacement unless there is a magical fix. On both MDA's the fault is when booting up from soft or hard reboot the MDA locks on the 1st white T Mobile screen immediately after the red writing appears bottom right of the screen. Nobody in technical support has a clue how to fix and they keep sending me replacements because the fault cannot be fixed. Anybody got a magical fix ? Brian

I am having the same problem as you. I am currently searching the net for a fix to no avail. You posted your message last month, did you find an answer?

Could I ask how you order a replacement and also, do you know of a way to wipe all the data on the device first?

I got a mda pro or is it a HTC UNIVERSAL no mater problem is
that i had WM5 on the MDA PRO and did the up date to
L26 WM6 PRO Business V7 Videocall 2 and now the device will
not boot at all.

My device used to show logo screen then boot up in to the desktop
but now i keep geting a white screen for about 20/Sec then shows
the logo screen and it stops dead.

Can not seem to get any rom file to work any more

Help plz
or have I killed it
