I have two SPV3100 German, and upgraded one to the HTC WWE version without any problems (except Vendor ID - and rerunning RUU as described here worked fine). Thanks for the valuable info and support, guys.
Both my devices have a sluggish keyboard, meaning that sometimes I have to press several times and/or a long press for a character to appear. Anyone encountered such problems? Cure?
