exec blackout issues,did you drop yours prior

I have gone thru every option ROM ,battery charge etc but someone recently mentioned that they had dropped there exec prior to the problem starting ,thinking back i also had a minor bump which resulted in the blackout shorlty after

how many of you that have the same issue,also had a knock to your device?
thanks lets get our heads together and solve this
