phone speaker is very quiet

hy, yesterday i bought my mda compact
Im ex owner of mda1, and mda2 so i noticed that compact has 2 speakers, one for multimedia and one for conversations over the phone.
My multimedia speaker is fine,loud and clear but phone speaker is quiet and i hardly hear my collocutor when im walking through city.
Is this normal? how can i fix this? is there a software solution for my problem?

Mine has become better (I mean louder) after upgrading the rom to 1.13 (T-Mobile, bigstorage)
