it always crashes in connection window

I need help please.Maybe it is my rom or me being a bloody beginner.Everytime I try to connect to the internet over GPRS it does not work.
When I try to stop data services the "active ring" comes up and thats it...
I waited for 5 minutes and nothing changes. The max I can do is resetting...

While trying to connect I am also unable to place calls, but I can receive them...which is again strange....

Maybe I do get my settings wrong at that is why the whole system get barred? I cant imagine that.

As for my system:

OS 5.1.342 build 15605.3.2.0
It does not tell me anything but maybe it helps finding the problem

stop data service is not working. I will try Radio 1.15. Maybe one of the gurus can help us:

When we connect to the internet over GPRS, it works ok. When we than finish and go to wireless manager and de-select "stop data service" it gets de-activated and activated again. The GPRS connection remains. The only way to disconnect from GPRS is to turn the GSM service OFF and ON.
