Hi All,
I'm looking at buying an all-in-one car mount/gps/charger (either FreeCruiser or Haicom) for my BA. Both have an adaptor that plugs into the serial port at the base of the BA, but they only state "XDA" models. Just wanted to make sure the serial port is common across models, in particular the BA of course.
Also, anybody have any experience with either the FreeCruiser or the Haicom 701? Good or bad reviews... They both appear to be the same unit. How fragile is the connection between the flex goosekneck and where it joins the cradle, I've had bad exp before.
