can't turn WLAN on in comm.manager

Help me please,

I cant activate my WLAN.
i tried flashing,
now running the newest Tmobile NLD rom (costumized bij M)
but still now luck...

everything works fine except wlan.

if i tap on it in commmanger, the waiting symbols appears and after a few seconds there is still a cross through the wlan symbol....

Helpe me please, i need WLAN for my work....

Unfortunately or should I say fortunately I don't have that problem or know anyone who's had to solve it. But I will keep my eyes open.
