Hey Faria! Just wanted to tell you that I have successfully downgraded, unlocked and upgraded 4 brand new Cingular's (including my replacement last night after my toilet floating experiment!) in the last month or so following your procedure.
Thankfully these weren't G4's!
I DO however flash button's 1.05 twice cause I noticed that the first time it reboots it says it has a 2.25 GSM and if I don't see the IPL, SPL and GSM's change I have suspicions that it didn't "take"
Running the T-Mobile 2.26 with "customizations" and it's awesome!
