Go to your windows folder, look for LoadVDisk.exe, execute it and you'll see your Extended_ROM folder at your root directory. It'll be gone after a soft reset and you'll have to repeat the same to see it again.

It is there. Make sure you have selected "view all files" in file explorer

I didn't know that there was an EXT ROM unhider for the Alpine.

Just double click on it, it doesnt do anything, and go back to your root directory and you should see your EXTROM folder...
