Freeze on splashscreen

Hi,

My Typhoon phone is freezed on the splashscreen (Blue sky with Qtek).
I want to upgrade the ROM but at this step it don't connect to the laptop.

How can I put th ephone in bootloader mode ?

I didn't know that Tornado and the Typhoon are the same. :D

Well try this, Turn off the phone, Press the Camera Key and Insert the USB Cable, and that will get you to the Bootloader Mode

or

Why don't you just try a Hard Reset first and see what will happen.

Well Done ! I put my Tornado in bootloader mode. I have upgraded the ROM.
I am waiting for the result.
