upgrade/change(language)rom via BT

Is possible to change rom (for changing language) using the procedure linked here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=MagicianRomUpgrade using bluetooth instead of usb cable or cradle?

No, because BT needs a working ROM which cannot be available during upgrade! (Can you change your car while driving?)
