Registry Changes Won't Save

Hi. I have an MDA and I'm trying to make some registry changes. I'm using Vidya Registry Editor to make the changes. The weird thing is after I perform a soft reset on my phone, and go back to look at my entries, the changes are gone.

Any ideas?

similarly with my unit the time goes back to 12:00 every time i reset the pda. i am not sure if that would be the same problem as mentioned above but to me it seems like it which rom are you using? mine is the mr. clean rom.
