Qtek S200- Clock slows down

The clock on my Qtek S200 keeps slowing down. Is there any way I can have the clock to automatically detect the time from the service network? My last phone which was a simple siemens always showed the correct time, even when I moved from one time zone to another it automatically updated the time.

I just buyed a Used S200, and notice that the clock slows down.

So my questions is: its a Hardware problem or software (WM 6.5 with manilla)?
