you have to give more information for us to be able to tell you...

when you start up your phone, tell us what numbers show up

SPL:
GSM:
OS:

and then someone can help you out...

or

you could try the search function, there is alot of info out there for newbies, you just have to read.

I read through this forum for a month before I flashed my Wizard, and it went very successfully.
