my pda i dont have GSM

No gsm Ican't show is empty
Os 2.16.9.1

you need to try to enter bootloader and reflash with a factory or good working rom...

HOWTO enter Bootloader:

hold the "camera" (bottom right) and briefly press the reset button, do not release "camera" until you can see the multi-color screen, connect USB cable, and start to re-flash the ROM
