loose slider lock on HTC TyTN ??

I just got swap´ed my TyTN because of problems with the QWERTY keyboard. When you slide the keyboard in and out there is a little "click" lock in both ends, but my new TyTN feels a little loose in this lock compared to the first one. It was much more tight. Do any of you have the same problem?

My second one feels looser than my first one, too. I wonder if this a hardward change related to the screen alignment problem... hmm...

There are two detents on the HT630 series keyboard, one on each side. This compared to the single right side detent on older serial numbers. I believe this is because HTC reworked the keyboard to eliminate the bad key issues which plagued older TyTNs.

My second one is also has much more play in the closed position.

My second one also has a completely different touch screen. It no longer has a plastic film over the screen. It has a much better feel when using the stylus.
