making an .exe ???

so i have finally created my first rom :D and installed it.. works fantastic... now how do i package it up and make it one pretty exe installer file? and i hope i can do this without needing c++, saw some stuff in google about that

and trust me.. i searched.. but the words, make and exe dont search well lol

you can make an selfextracting zip using winzip or total commander

yeah i got that far... and i guess that works fine.. im just anal when it comes to some things and wanted to make a pretty all in one exe for my roms..

then install shield
or wise install master
or other easy to use
install program makers for pc programs
