To be able to update the OS on a Windows Mobile device the OEM must provide a ROM image specific for that device.

Since there is no update offered on the OEM site, we must assume it does not exist.

Hi I found this official ROM for this device:

I searched a little (No actual knowledge and skills in anything that has to do with roms :( )and it looks like an Eten ROM.Can anyone help with ANYTHING that could give a little update update to this low end device?(WM 2003 Ozone). Even 2003se looks like a big update to me now...
