Boot Image

Anyone know how I can change the horrible T-Mobile boot image on my Vario II? Seen how to do it for various other HTC devices, but not TyTn...

It is not possible yet, until we figure out how to flash unsigned / custom NBH files... see the wiki page on NBH (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_NBH) for more info.
