How to disassemble a Hermes?

I have a O2 trion and unluckily have screen alignment problem. I cannot bring it back for replacement since the unit was bought in Hong Kong and carries no warranty. After all the mysteries about screen alignment, there is still no solution.

I decided to take it apart to see if there is something I can do. I have some experience with PDA design before and would like to see if it helps to come up with some possible fix.

If anyone knows how to open it up, please let me know. Thank you.

If you disassemble it, can you post high quality pictures of the naked hardware and take note of all the chipset references you see on the Hermes board? We need to know as much as possible of the hardware to start with the linux port (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Linux). Thanks :D
