"No Language Dat File"

This is a pop up I keep getting from time to time since I upgraded my HTC Magician to TMobile Bigstorage 1.13 ROM + Radio 1.13.

No issue noticed though, but I was just wondering what I might have done wrong or if I forgot sone essential .cab to install.

Anyone an idea? :shock:
