Radio FM on XDA III

Does anyone know how to install a radio receiver(to listen radio) on a XDA III?

fm recievers is hardware you can buy them as as SDcards
if you buy one you put it in the sd slot

many people seem to get confused about gsm radio and radio stacks and such and believe that radio mean fm radio
but gsm is digital and on a whole difference Hz range them fm
