radio chip

Anyone have any experience with de-soldering and soldering the radio chip on a Himalaya.
I have two mainboards I want to swap the working chip where the IMEI isn't blocked, with the chip where the IMEI is blocked.
If anyone has any pointers, please feel free to respond.
