I have a qtek 1010 that is supposed to be unlocked, but when I put my Cingular sim card in I still get no signal. I do not see my network anywhere, the only one is T-Mobile USA on the autoconfig. How can I get my network to show or how do I get it to give me a signal.

I have tried all of the settings to no avail.

Can anybody help me, I have look all through this forum, but have not been able to accomplish this task.

Don't mind me being a step by step technical support like person, but just be comfirm, do you have signal at your place (e.g. try the same SIM on other phone)? :) If you have a signal, but weak, try trying your phone on other location with better signal (e.g. the Wallaby may have less efficient phone reception than the other phone). just double check

Anyway, I don't have a Wallaby, but it doesn't sound like a SIM lock, as in most cases, it will display an error message saying the card/network is lock blah blah.
