Atom is dead !

today in the morning i recognized that my atom was dead. only with the o2 boot screen no bootloader mode everything is dead. Only the red lamp for charging thats all. what would you suggest to do. i bought it at expansys here in germany.

Remove your battery and put it back after one or two minutes. :wink:

That is the Addres, but you just cannot post your Atom there without a service reference.

Call the HK technical support number on the O2 site or O2 Connect, and they will give you the name of someone at the service centre for his attention, so he becomes your contact. The service centre and technical support are two different locations and functions :evil:

i only have to send the item to expansys. everything else will be done by them.
