Smart Tweaker

I have a QTEK 8500 which I unlocked using GSMLiberty.com and loaded i-Mate ROM. Everything is fine but I want to lad a program named Smart Tweaker and I get a failue because my device is "Application Locked".

Anyone know how to unlock this thing?

Solve dit myself using a tip from another user (mix).

Did nothing to my 8500, just popped can't unlock then popped UNLOCKED, but did nothing to reg so still App locked. Ended up editing the reg myself.
