My Comm Manager screen has more icons than shown in the manual, and I'm not sure what they're all for.
Top left and top right are Phone and Bluetooth, fine. Next down on the left is Wi-Fi, fine. Next to Wi-Fi is an envelope with an arrow pointing into it - it won't let me select this, it's greyed out, so I can't see the name of it by clicking it.
Under wi-fi is a pic on the XDA with 2 little arrows, one pointing away from the XDA and one towards. Again it's greyed out so I can't select it. Next to this is an icon to turn on/off Vibrate, fine, and under that is the ActiveSync icon which I guess will only "light up" while synced.
